Tech Source Worldwide is looking for a motivated Recruiter to support our talent acquisition activities from our Chennai office. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable coordinating with candidates and internal teams throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Support job posting and sourcing activities across relevant recruitment platforms.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand hiring requirements.
• Assist with offer coordination and candidate onboarding activities.
