Where your data comes from
- Directly from you – CV form, email, WhatsApp, interviews and trade tests.
- From other sources – job portals and professional networks where you published your profile, referrals by colleagues, our partner testing centre in Chennai, and former employers (references, only with your agreement). When we obtain your data from such sources, we inform you within one month (Art. 14(3)).

Who sees your data
Only employers you are being put forward to, the authorities involved in your permit, our group company in India and our IT service providers. We tell you which employer receives your profile before or when we submit it. Employers outside the EU receive data under the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
What we never do
- Charge you fees for finding you a job
- Keep your passport or identity documents
- Sell your data or use it for unrelated advertising
- Reject you through a fully automated decision
Your rights
